For a long time, I believed โenoughโ was something I was supposed to become. Chasing expectations that werenโt mine and measuring myself against comparisons that never really fit. Trying to do all the things for everything. Looking back at this version of me in 2022, I see someone who wasnโt (and isnโt) perfect, but kept building anyway.
Nearly five years later, and despite not meeting everyoneโs expectations, Iโm proud of her.
If thereโs a lesson here for others trying to be โenoughโ, itโs this: You donโt have to do it all perfectly to be doing something meaningful. Building a life, a family, and a career at the same time will never look tidyโฆand that doesnโt mean youโre failing.

Quick tax update ๐๐ธ
The IRS raised the standard mileage rate for business use to 72.5 cents per mile for 2026, up from 70 cents last year.
Medical and moving mileage drops slightly to 20.5 cents, and charitable mileage stays put at 14 cents.
These rates kick in January 1, 2026 and apply to gas, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
Moral of the story? If you drive for business, track your mileageโbecause it adds up fast.

Heads up! ๐จ The IRS has announced the 2026 inflation-adjusted standard deductions. Hereโs the scoop:
๐ธ Single/Married Filing Separately: $16,100
๐ธ Married Filing Jointly/Surviving Spouse: $32,200
๐ธ Head of Household: $24,150
Why does this matter? ๐ค
These deductions reduce your taxable incomeโmeaning you might pay less in taxes. And if youโre 65+ or legally blind, you could qualify for more deductions!
