**Our Agents, no matter their position, are required to complete their QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification, and certifications with Xero and Freshbooks. For new business owners, The Agency will provide a comprehensive evaluation and advise on the best software, with the best price, to fit your needs.

As a client you will receive your own portal access. Our team will use the portal to pass on information, upload documents, assign tasks, and store your information in one safe and secure location. We have security policies in place with the appropriate IT monitoring for additional safe guards. We ensure our clients are always protected against any potential threats, and all of your financial information is kept safe and confidential.
